Terms
The bits people usually hide.
- No setup fee. You pay the first month and nothing else up front.
- Twelve month minimum term, then cancel any time in one click.
- The domain is registered in your name and leaves with you.
- If the subscription stops, the website goes offline.
- Content changes are answered within two working days. Redesigns and extra pages are quoted separately.

What does it cost in total?
The monthly price and nothing else. No setup fee, no build cost, no hosting bill on top. Starter is £29 a month, Standard £39, Assistant £59.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live the same week. The slow part is usually waiting on photos and opening hours from you, not the building.
Can I change it myself afterwards?
You tell us and we do it, within two working days. Starter includes one change a month, Standard and Assistant two. It stops you having to learn a website editor you will use four times a year.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name, not ours. If you leave, it goes with you and we help you move it.
What happens if I stop paying?
The website goes offline. We are saying that plainly rather than hiding it: the monthly price covers the building, the hosting and the changes, so there is nothing left running if it stops. Your domain and your content stay yours.
Am I tied in?
Twelve months minimum, then cancel whenever you like in one click. We ask for the twelve because there is no setup fee to cover the build.
Do you do the Google side of it?
Yes. Every tier includes claiming and setting up your Google Business Profile, which is the panel that shows in Maps and next to search results. For most local businesses it brings more customers than the website does.
What is the assistant, exactly?
A chat on your website that answers questions using your services, prices and opening hours. It replies in seconds at any hour and hands anything unusual to you. It runs on your own AI account, with a spend cap we set during setup, so you are never surprised by a bill.
